Although we strive to have your order ready for shipment within two business days, please allow up to five business days for order processing.
We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience.
We will accept returns of unused and unopened products within 7 days of shipping date. Please email to obtain a return authorization firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include the packing slip with your return. Returns without the original order number/packing slip will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
We are unable to accept returns on used or opened items, no exceptions.
We are not responsible for any returns which are lost in the mail when being returned to us. We advise you to insure your package containing the product(s) being sent to us and get tracking information. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
